Теперь устройство можно приобрести отдельно за ту же стоимость, благодаря чему каждый владелец Mac Pro, который купил свой компьютер без ускорителя, может расширить функциональность рабочей станции в любой момент. Afterburner Card в самом деле существенно повышает производительность Mac Pro в таких сценариях, как работа с видеофайлами в высоком разрешении, что подтверждают отзывы профессионалов, работающих в этой сфере. Карта позволяет воспроизводить до 6 потоков 8K ProRes RAW или до 23 потоков 4K ProRes RAW.
