Компания ASUS анонсировала монитор игрового класса TUF Gaming VG279QL1A, построенный на плоской матрице IPS размером 27 дюймов по диагонали. Новинка соответствует формату Full HD: разрешение составляет 1920 × 1080 пикселей. Говорится о сертификации DisplayHDR 400: максимальная яркость равна 400 кд/м2.

В устройстве реализована технология ELMB — Extreme Low Motion Blur. Она отвечает за уменьшение размытости картинки в движении. Система Adaptive-Sync помогает повысить плавность игрового процесса.

Панель обеспечивает 125-процентный охват цветового пространства sRGB и 95-процентный охват цветового пространства DCI-P3. Частота обновления достигает 165 Гц, время отклика матрицы — 1 мс.

Фирменный набор средств GamePlus включает таймер, перекрестие прицела, счётчик кадров и инструмент выравнивания картинки. Технологии Flicker-Free и Ultra-Low Blue Light снижают нагрузку на глаза во время продолжительных игровых сеансов.

Контрастность составляет 1000:1, углы обзора по горизонтали и вертикали — 178 градусов. Для подключения источников сигнала есть два разъёма HDMI 2.0 и интерфейс DisplayPort 1.2.

Подставка позволяет переводить экран из альбомной ориентации в портретную. Кроме того, можно изменять углы наклона и поворота дисплея, а также регулировать высоту. В оснащение входят 2-ваттные стереофонические динамики.
